Our Projects

We understand that our customers' needs are constantly changing and the energy industry is constantly evolving. We are working on several major projects that will help us continue to serve safe and reliable energy well into the future.

We continue to focus on investments to address aging infrastructure, enhance reliability of our system, add capacity, and meet compliance requirements. In 2022, NorthWestern Energy put approximately $580 million into capital investments in the system that serves our customers and spent $390 million in operations, maintenance, and general expenses across our service territory.
