Give the Gift of Energy by calling 888-467-2669 in Montana or 800-245-6977 in South Dakota or Nebraska. You'll need the customer's name or account number.
In Person
Stop by your local walk-in service center to pay with cash, check or money order.
By Mail

Once NorthWestern Energy receives the payment, a credit is placed on the recipient’s account and a certificate of receipt is mailed to the customer.
