Green Power Program Enrollment Form

NorthWestern Energy's Green Power Program is a voluntary renewable energy offering that allows customers to support renewable energy development through the purchase of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). This form serves as a single form for all Green Power Program enrollment changes, including starting or ending participation, as well as increasing or decreasing the number of Green Power blocks associated with an account.

By participating in this voluntary subscription program, customers agree to purchase Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). Customers understand that, in addition to regular utility charges, customers will be billed $1.25 per month for each 100 kWh block selected in subscription.

Program pricing and terms may change periodically. NorthWestern Energy will communicate material program changes, including pricing changes, through appropriate customer communications.

RECs are sourced through Bonneville Environmental Foundation and may originate from renewable energy projects located within the surrounding region of Montana.

By submitting this form, I am requesting one of the following changes to my Green Power Program subscription: enroll, change participation (increase or decrease), or cancel my subscription. I understand that my request is subject to processing by NorthWestern Energy and will become effective on a future billing cycle after processing is complete.

Select the total number of 100 kWh Green Power blocks you would like associated with your account.

• If you are enrolling for the first time, this will become your initial enrollment level.
• If you currently participate in the program, the number entered will replace your current enrollment level.

To cancel participation, enter 0 blocks.

Important: Enter the total number of blocks you would like after this change is processed. The number entered replaces your current enrollment level. For example, if you have 5 blocks and want 10, enter 10.

Each 100 kWh block costs $1.25 per month and will be added to your electric bill to support renewable energy through Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).

By submitting this form:

• I request the Green Power Program change indicated on this form.
• I certify that I am the account holder or an authorized agent for the account identified above.
• I authorize NorthWestern Energy to enroll, adjust, or discontinue Green Power Program charges on my billing statement in accordance with my selected subscription option.
• I understand that enrollment changes submitted through this form supersede any previous Green Power Program enrollment selection associated with this account.
• I consent to receive email communications regarding the Green Power Program.
• NorthWestern Energy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Green Power Program in accordance with applicable tariffs, regulations, or program requirements.
• I understand that Green Power Program participation does not change the source of electricity delivered to my home or business, but supports renewable energy development through the purchase of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).
• By participating in this voluntary subscription program, I agree to purchase Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). I understand that, in addition to my regular utility charges, I will be billed $1.25 per month for each 100 kWh block selected in my subscription.
