BUTTE, MT / SIOUX FALLS, SD: April 6, 2022 – NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (Nasdaq: NWE) today announced that it will host an investor webinar on Friday, April 29, 2022, at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time to review its financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2022. The Company also plans to issue a news release detailing its first quarter financial results the evening of April 28, 2022, after stock market close.

The virtual Annual Stockholders Meeting will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022, at 12:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time. A virtual Annual Meeting enables our stockholders — regardless of size, resources, or physical location — to participate in the Annual Meeting at no cost. We are committed to ensuring that stockholders will be afforded the same rights and opportunities to participate at our virtual meeting as they would in person.
