NorthWestern Reports Third Quarter 2022 Financial Results

NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (Nasdaq: NWE) reported financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2022. Net income for the period was $27.4 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, as compared with net income of
$35.2 million, or $0.68 per diluted share, for the same period in 2021. This decrease was primarily due to lower utility margin, higher interest expense, higher administrative and general costs and higher depreciation and depletion. Earnings per share was additionally impacted by higher outstanding share count in the current period.

Traffic will be detoured from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 29 on Lake Helena Road from the intersection with Lincoln and Hauser Dam roads to Rainbow Drive.
The detour is required for the safety of the public and our NorthWestern Energy crews while a power pole is replaced.

Traffic will be detoured from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5 and from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 7 on 4th Street North from Central Avenue to 1st Street North. The alley between Central Avenue and 1st Avenue North from 2nd Street North to 5th Street North will be closed from the morning of Friday, Aug. 5 to the evening of Sunday, Aug. 7.
