The Wind Integration Working Group will assist NorthWestern in defining, scoping, and applying a technical study of wind integration issues in NorthWestern’s balancing authority. NorthWestern anticipates that the efforts of the Wind Integration Working Group will result in a technical study that provides a meaningful review of wind integration issues and costs. The company is reaching out to all affected stakeholders in an effort to develop an efficient means of integrating wind on the NorthWestern system.
