Browser Compatibility
When you access NorthWestern Energy's Web site, our home page should display like this.

If your page is not displaying properly, your browser may not be compatible with our site requirements. To check for browser compatibility, follow these steps.

1. Click Help on the toolbar at the top of your browser.
2. Click About....... 
3. Look for the version number in the pop-up window.

NorthWestern Energy's Web site is designed to be used with the following browsers. You may need to download a newer version of your browser. Click one of the links below to go to the download site for your browser. 
  

• Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
• Netscape 9.0 or later
• Opera 9.10 or later
• Firefox 2.0.0.3 or later

Text Size
Because all of us can set our own browser preferences, the text size on the Web page may vary from person to person.  Our site is designed to be viewed in medium or normal sized text.  If your text preferences are set too small or too large, you will have problems navigating our site. 

To check your text size preference, follow these steps.

1. Click View on the toolbar at the top of your browser.
2. Click Text Size.
3. Click Medium or Normal depending on your browser's options.
