Incentive Compensation - Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn an additional percentage of pay based on company and individual performance.
Group Medical with Prescription Drug Coverage - Choose from two comprehensive, major medical plan options and one managed care option.
Dental Care Plan - Choose from two plan options that provide coverage for preventative, basic and major restorative care and including orthodontia.
Vision Coverage - Covers examination, lenses, frames and contact lenses.
Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts - Pretax payroll deductions may be designated for eligible medical and/or dependent care expenses.
401(k) Plan with Company Matching Contributions - Employees may defer up to 100% of pay with a company dollar-for-dollar match up to 4%.
Life and Accident Insurance - Company pays for basic life insurance; additional life and accident insurance available for employees and spouses; bonus life insurance for non-tobacco users.
Short-Term Disability Coverage - Provides income short-term assistance when employees are ill or injured and unable to work.
Long-Term Disability Coverage - Provides long-term payment to employees who are disabled due to injury or illness and unable to perform their job.
Workers Compensation - Provides benefit to workers unable to work due to a work-related injury or occupational illness.
Paid Time Off - Allows employees to be paid when they are away from work for vacations, funerals, personal leave, sick leave or family emergencies.
Paid Holidays - Eight set holidays, plus two floating holidays.
