NorthWestern Energy Notifies Customers of Planned Power Outage in Stickney, S.D.

Mitchell, S.D. – April 16, 2009 – NorthWestern Energy is notifying customers of an upcoming planned power outage for residents in Stickney, S.D.  The approximately one-hour outage is planned for Monday, April 20, 2009, beginning at 4:30 p.m.  The outage will affect only NorthWestern Energy customers.  
 
“We are replacing some equipment on the main transmission line feeding the town. In order to complete the work safely, we need to interrupt the power for a brief time,” said Craig Fergen – Mitchell Area Manager.  “We appreciate the customers of Stickney understanding during this outage.”
